Receiver Specialist - HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Franklin Park Park, IL

Compensation:

 

  • Pay range $21.30-25.00 per hour 
  • Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases
  • Eligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity*

 

Available shift:

8-hour shift: 6:30AM - 3PM Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Operate a lift truck in accordance with the safe operation of equipment.
  • Comply with all EHS policies, procedures, and safe work instructions in place.
  • Segregate different products for further classification.
  • Load and unload the trailers.
  • Check the product before classification.
  • Complete the various pertinent forms.
  • Place the products in the various racks.
  • Provide the departments with the required material according to requests and customer (production) orders.
  • Prepare the orders according to the requests.
  • Perform cycle counts.
  • Prepare custom invoices.
  • Process GR’s in SAP.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and raw material areas at all times.
  • Complete any other relevant work requests.
  • Responsible for compliance with all aspects of GMP, food safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:               

  • HS Diploma or equivalency preferred
  • Lift truck certified preferred. 2 years of previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required; satisfactory completion of forklift training program
  • Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed
  • Computer Skills: RF Scanners; some SAP
  • Physical Demands: Standing, walking, sitting, stooping, squatting, twisting, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, and reaching
