Compensation:

• Pay range $20.00 - $32.00/hour
• Full-time only
• Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases

This position is responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the business including, but not limited to, planning/scheduling and manufacturing.

Core Responsibilities:

• Job packet preparation

• Standard Line Conditions
• Work Order
• Case Labels
• Port Tickets
• Special Instructions

• Standard line conditions – tracking and updating
• Good receipts – invoices
• Ordering of packaging supplies

• Corrugated – non-kanban

• Daily scrap data entry
• Cycle count coordination

• Raw materials
• Paperboard
• Paper
• WIP Materials

• Production data documentation and filing – both paper and electronic
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices.

In addition to other duties, this position will:

• Act as back-up for Scheduling
• Act as back-up for SAP Coordinator
• Ordering of office supplies that support the business operations
• Assist in the preparation of audits both internal and external

• Strong Microsoft Office skills are necessary
• Strong organizational skills are required
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Must be able to flex working hours
• Must work overtime as required
• Strong organizational skills are required
• SAP experience is a plus
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
