Machine Assembly|Cedar Rapids| HIRING IMMEDIATELY 

 

Starting Pay Rate:

Min: $28.94

3 months: $29.35

6 months: $29.87

9 months: $30.36

12 months: $30.88

 

Available Shift: Monday – Friday: 7 am – 3:30 pm

Responsibilities

  • Assemble large commercial consumer packaging equipment.  This includes subassemblies as well as piece parts positioned in the frame of machine.  
  • The connections of electrical wires, mechanical, and pneumatic parts as required may include established testing of those parts for correct operation.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 year A.A.S Degree – Industrial Maintenance Technology, or 2-5 years’ experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance or assembling capital equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • WorkKeys Certification: National Career Readiness Certificate (Silver Certificate Level or higher) (preferred)
