Novolex is seeking an employment attorney with 8+ years of experience for the position of Assistant General Counsel, Labor & Employment. This position reports to the Deputy General Counsel, Labor & Employment, and is responsible for advising Human Resources and business leaders on employment law issues, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and representing the organization in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings. This is a hybrid role based in either Charlotte, NC; Lake Forest, IL; or Covington, KY.

The compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range is $210,000 - $230,000.
