A reasonable estimate of the current range is $83,000 - $139,000 + bonus + benefits.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and miximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.  At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Solution Manager and OT Lead, serve as the subject matter expert for Kepware, PI, and National Instruments technologies
• Own and support the technical design and ongoing development and maintenance of applications, i.e.,
• Produce detailed specifications based on requirements
• Develop and test new functionalities and enhancements
• Write code and / or instruct contractors
• Support the Solution Manager and OT Lead, as required
• Create support documentation (design documentation, training materials, job aids, procedures, etc.)
• Serve as Tier 2 application support to the plants, i.e.
• Respond to tickets from the IT Helpdesk
• Perform triage
• Resolve issues
• Escalate to Tier 3 (i.e., Developer / vendors) to resolve advanced issues, as required

Experience

• ~2 years of experience in data historians, data acquisition, PI development, and software and user interface testing

Skills & Attributes

• Adept at learning, implementing and using Kepware , OSIsoft PI, and National Instruments
• Proficiency in software QA practices and testing tools
• Knowledge of sensors / IoT connectivity, IoT platforms, and PI front and backend development
• Understanding of process areas (leadership/supervision, process, maintenance)
• Continuous process improvement skills
• Problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills with users and technical and functional teams
• Adaptable to change
