A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $103,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and miximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Scheduler – Production Planning
The Scheduler is responsible for overseeing the high-level management of the plant’s production schedule. Acting as the primary liaison between the plant and corporate planning, this role ensures alignment between corporate strategy and plant operations. Daily interdepartmental communication is essential to help the facility meet established goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). These KPIs include, but are not limited to, safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, on-time shipments, inventory levels, and financial performance.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain the master production schedule on a daily basis.
· Collaborate closely with corporate planning to coordinate high-level production timing and plant maintenance.
· Ensure all production personnel clearly understand order requirements and customer expectations.
· Work cross-functionally to resolve scheduling-related issues efficiently.
· Optimize labor and resources for cost-effective production.
· Oversee the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process and manage inventory levels.
· Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of supply needs.
· Identify, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies in production output and financial records.
· Maintain master data for packaging components, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
· Analyze production floor performance using input/output control reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
· Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.
· Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in relevant software applications:
o Microsoft Office Suite
o SAP (preferred)
o Blue Yonder (desired)
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
· Ability to drive change and influence others effectively.
