A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000 - $158,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and miximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, 401(k) plan with no waiting period and dollar for dollar match up to 6% and immediate vesting, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, paid time off, paid parental leave, up to nine paid Holidays and two floating Holidays, wellness program, tuition reimbursement and family care benefits.
Job Duties:
· Responsible for providing leadership and direction to assigned department(s), product line(s) or profit center(s) and teams in order to meet production goals, ensure a safe work environment, and meet customer specifications.
· Lead efforts to provide a zero-harm workplace for all individuals focused on a commitment to injury and illness prevention and hazard elimination
· Responsible for executing strategies to achieve the annual operating plan and attaining EBITDA targets
· Track and monitor production and costs to ensure the unit meets established goals while maintaining a safe work environment and quality standards.
· Maintain an effective workforce through hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
· Complete and maintain timely and accurate reports on critical production outcomes such as efficiency, downtime, cost, etc.
· Must proactively collaborate with departments and teams in order to achieve company and plant objectives.
· Provide feedback throughout the organization.
· Ability to support and engage employees in living Pactiv Evergreen’s values.
· Participate in designing and implementing continuous improvement processes.
· 4-year degree in Bus Admin, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
· 4+ total years of experience in leadership roles within a manufacturing environment including
· Direct first-line leadership responsibility for hourly teams
· Management experience and skills
· Experience in Hydraulic, Electrical and/or Mechanical equipment preferred
· Experience with Thermoforming equipment preferred
· Organizational design, LEAN, and Business planning skills
· Communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
· Computer literate in common business and manufacturing systems
· Ability to motivate, train and delegate appropriately
· Ability to lead, build consensus and work within a team environment
· Initiate and manage change
