Engineering Summer Internship

Available Shift:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Pay Rate: $20.00+ per hour (paid weekly)

This is a summer internship at our 4141 Manchester Road, Kalamazoo, MI 49001 Facility

This position will support our Technical Services Manager by assisting with various engineering related projects. 

Previous job experience in Mecanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.

Must be entering your junior or senior year in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.

The position will require overtime as needed.

Projects will include:

• Setting up a vision system on our lip rollers that reduces quality complaints and blocking.
• Identifying gaps in our closed loop planning tool so key work orders are not missed.
• Identify and close gaps in our crib process of ordering parts
• Reviewing key line data and review critical component failures and how we can avoid.
• Set up opportunities.
