Compensation:

• Starting pay: $19.63
• Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases
• Eligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity*

Job Function:

Printer Helper is responsible to safely and efficiently assist in the operations of the printing process and to operate the moisteners in order to provide a quality product.

The following skills are required for the position:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to learn procedures and practice problem solving technique
• Ability to work overtime as needed

The following skills are preferred:

• Prior experience with high speed web-handling equipment
• Flexographic printing experience

Requirements:
•Mechanical aptitude
•Demonstrated problem-solving skills
•Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
•Ability to move rolls of paper produced from printer numerous times per day.
