Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Must be able to safely and efficiently operate the lift truck / clamp truck
Observes necessary safety precautions
Identify and report the following to warehouse management: Equipment problems;
quality problems; unsafe practices and conditions.
Operates a gas, electric lift truck and clamp lift in and between departments, building and
grounds.
Moves product through the facility
Fill out necessary paperwork for reporting safety, quality, production, damages and
loading/unloading verification.
Collects and delivers a variety of materials, adhering to good safety practices in carrying
out duties
Delivers materials to work areas as directed, stacks materials in storage areas and loads
shipments in trailers.
Prepares and checks necessary receipts, records and reports
Housekeeping on a daily basis: ensuring that all areas in which he/she works are clean
and that all items are stored in their proper places
Inspect, repack and rework of materials
Support Lean initiatives
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D or
have relevant work experience. A current OSHA forklift certification is preferred. One year of
previous experience as a lift truck/clamp lift operator is also preferred. He / She must also be
alert and attentive. He / She must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
SAP experience preferred.

120 miles southeast of Columbus, OH and approximately 150 miles southwest of Pittsburgh, PA, Mineral wells, also known as Mineral Wells, is a census-designated place in Wood County, West Virginia. It is part of the Parkersburg-Marietta-Vienna, WV-OH Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 1,950 at the 2010 census.
The plant became a Pactiv facility in 2010 through acquisition and was formerly a PWP facility that started in Mineral Wells in 2003. The facility is part of the Food Merchandising Business Unit and manufactures clear and black APET product that supplies food packaging to Pactiv's retail customers. The employee population is approximately 200.
