The Transportation Management Systems Manager is a key role that will be responsible for project life cycle leadership and support of Pactiv’s transportation systems and technological advancements. This role will require in depth knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS and related software, order processing workflow and continuous improvement processes. Also, this position will function as Pactiv Evergreen’s Blue Yonder TMS Super User and will be the network wide subject matter expert responsible for leading and supporting training initiatives across the enterprise. In addition, this position will lead future Blue Yonder TMS implementations.

DESCRIPTION:

· Subject Matter Expert on TMS and Four Kite Appointment Manager configuration.

· Lead new facility installs for BY TMS, Four Kites Appointment Manager and Tekgence workflow automation.

· Provide IT Business Requirements for Design and Warehouse Configuration.

· Future State Reviews with business stakeholders.

· Lead testing for new business functionality, upgrades, and patches.

· Lead Training and Change Management in support facility start-ups and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Primary internal trouble shooting SME.

· Primary contact with external partners on escalated system issue remediation.

· Periodic travel as needed.

Qualifications:

· BA/BS preferred, in Supply Chain, IT or related field.

· 3+ years previous experience with supply chain systems design, testing, implementation, and support.

· Experience working with Blue Yonder TMS required.

· Experience with Blue Yonder configuration preferred.

· Experience with internal and external system security protocols.

· SAP experience preferred.

· Experience with data transmission technologies such as API, EDI, Web Methods.

· Experience with DaaS and SQL.

· Proficiency with process flow mapping.

· Strong front line management skills to lead a group of people toward a goal.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills; strict attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize.

· Self-directed technical leader leveraging innovative technology to connect a customer centric supply chain.

· Ability to collaborate across supply chain functions.

The compensation range considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,300-$182,100.
