The Pactiv Evergreen Pine Bluff Paper Mill is located in Pine Bluff, Arkanas, less than an hour from Little Rock in scenic southeast Arkansas. It is the largest industrial employer in Jefferson County. Opened in 1958, Pine Bluff is the largest facility within Evergreen Packaging and is home to the world's largest gable-top liquid packaging paperboard machine. In addition to producing paperboard for cartons, the facility also produces coated paper for magazines.
The Quality Technical Service Manager provides leadership and management in all areas of the Quality Assurance department and facilitates relationships in the sales arena. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining quality plans and programs focusing on Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Excellence within the quality department. The position requires strong project management, technical, and leadership skills and will require a cohesive working relationship with all stakeholders within the business working to implement solutions to mill quality issues. Primarily, the prospective candidate should have the ability to manage several projects that span multiple disciplines, with the primary focus being on quality. The ideal candidate will be technically oriented, detailed in approach, work well with people at all levels in the organization, and promotable to management positions in the company after building background and experience within in our business.
