Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage daily driver time reporting and make adjustments as needed
• Calculate, process and administer driver payroll
• Review, process and submit invoices that support the shuttle fleet program
• Create and adjust weekly and daily schedules
• Track and manage trailer pool between sites
• Identify opportunities for supplemental work to maintain a full work schedule
• Coordinate equipment (tractors, trailers) maintenance and repair with local service provider

Additional Responsibilities:

Execute various SAP transactions relative to the shipping operations
Manage CHEP pallet inventory
Prepare and print various shipping and warehouse documents
Issue various documents to customers as needed or requested
