Pactiv Evergreen is seeking a litigation and compliance attorney with 5-8 years of experience for the position of Senior Counsel, Litigation & Compliance. Reporting directly to the Chief Counsel, Litigation & Compliance, this attorney will manage or assist on a wide array of small to medium litigation matters including product liability matters, 3rd Party Injury claims, environmental and OSHA matters, and contract disputes as well as manage various internal investigations.
